In addition, the houses are located in the immediate vicinity of Lake Geierswald: 1-2 minutes’ walk to the beach, and the great cycling and inline skating trails of the Lusatian Lakeland start right on your doorstep.
Of course, your car is parked right next to your house. Nevertheless, you have more than 100 m² at your disposal.
